All customers with a majority of intrastate calls can save money under our FLAT RATE plan at just 4.9¢/min for BOTH interstate and intrastate. Here’s how it works. ALL calls from your state (and other states) are hauled back to our Washington, DC switch and redelivered to your local telephone number making all calls interstate calls. This is perfectly legal, (since we are in enhanced voice serves bureau, not a common carrier) and the only result is that you avoid high intrastate calling rates imposed by your local Public Service Commissions.
For example: A non-profit agency representing hundreds of other nonprofits in Florida would pay 6.5¢ per minute under most plans to accept toll free service from another agency within the state. Our FLAT RATE plan can turn all of the calls into interstate calls for just 4.9¢ per minute.
