Dear Warren:
My hunch is that MedExpress is one of your smaller accounts. Nonetheless, the service you have provided to us makes us feel like we must be one of your larger clients. You cannot begin to imagine how helpful that is to a small business. Our business is wholly reliant on its 800 number. Without our 1-800 service working properly, we would not be in business.
Over the past two years, we have had a number of issues regarding our 1-800 telephone service. Off the top of my head, I recall the following: (1) moving our office and changing the underlying telephone service (twice), (2) making adjustments in our service contract, (3) fixing problems created by other carriers, (4) establishing new service, (5) working with multiple numbers in different locations, and (6) finding and obtaining new marketing-specific numbers. And there was probably more. Most importantly, however, throughout this process, our 1-800-service has operated seamlessly
Even though we are a small company, you have always responded immediately with an answer to the problem or an approach to solving it. In each instance, Telecompute has either resolving our particular issue or even more remarkably, always managed to get us exactly what we were looking for.
I cannot think of anything that one of our customers could say about my business that would make me more proud.
Thank you so much for your many services.
Sincerely yours,
MedExpress
